Toby Loftus introduces Mitzi Asai Loftus and her book “From Thorns into Blossoms”

OSU Press published my mom’s memoir, From Thorns To Blossoms this year! She is 92 years old and her book tells the story of her Japanese parents coming to the U.S., settling in Hood River and raising 8 kids, and surviving the mass incarceration of Japanese Americans during WWII.
